Anime Child With Black Hair and White Dress
In the world of Japanese anime, characters come in all shapes, sizes, and aesthetics, from unusual eye colors to wild "anime hair" or even horns or cat ears. Many such characters have plain black hair or brown hair, but others have white hair or pale gray hair instead.
It's rarely explained how or why an adolescent or 20-something-year-old anime character would have white hair, but it often looks good rather than strange. White hair of various shades can look elegant and beautiful on anime girls in particular, and these characters are often sharp dressers, too. Or, they might magical princesses or witches.
10/10 Uzaki Hana Has A Playful Streak (Uzaki-Chan Wants To Hang Out!)
Uzaki Hana is a playful troublemaker whose personality totally shifted after she finished high school. In her school days, Uzaki was actually shy and quiet, but as a college student, she is boisterous and energetic, which might sometimes annoy her new friend, Shinichi.
Uzaki is a very petite girl who has pale gray-white hair, but her dull hair color contrasts sharply with her vivid and sharp personality. Funnily enough, white or light gray hair often suggests a cool-headed kuudere character, but not this time.
9/10 Eris Is Aqua's Divine Friend (Konosuba)
Eris is one of several deities found in the fantasy world of Konosuba, and she is Aqua's friend and rival. Unlike Aqua, who has long blue hair, Eris is known for her silvery white hair and her more modest outfit, though she dresses more lightly while operating as an adventurer rogue.
For the most part, Eris is a cheerful and kind person, though Aqua has a bad habit of teasing her, which annoys Eris more than a little. Eris is also a casual friend of Kazuma and Darkness whenever she assumes her "Chris" identity as an adventurer, though she is rarely seen fighting.
8/10 Kirari Momobami Is A Chilling Antagonist (Kakegurui)
Kirari Momobami was born into incredible wealth, and she tends to act like it, too. Kirari and her twin sister Ririka are total schemers who view the Hyakkou school as their personal playground, especially Kirari, the school's student council president. She is also the cool and calculating type.
Kirari is confident, beautiful, and brilliant as one of Kakegurui's best and most compelling antagonists. She is definitely going to be Yumeko Jabami's best and final challenge, and fans can't wait to see how that final gamble should play out. It'll be a battle of order vs chaos.
7/10 Kei Shirogane Is A Classic Tsundere (Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War)
Kei Shirogane isn't nearly as ambitious as her studious big brother, Miyuki, and she often finds him annoying and overbearing at home. Still, Kei will support her brother from time to time, such as when she helped him try to pick out an outfit for the Shuchiin school festival.
Not much else is known of Kei except that she is a classic tsundere, a short-tempered girl who finds her brother's love fascinating but doesn't want to appear too interested in it. She also gets along well with Kaguya Shinomiya and the Fujiwara sisters.
6/10 Honma Meiko Is Dead But Not Yet Gone (Anohana)
The hard-hitting drama anime Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day is all about the deceased Honma Meiko/Menma and her inability to move on. Her spirit is still lingering, and at first, only her grouchy friend Jinta could see or hear her.
Over time, Menma's other friends started seeing and hearing her too, and they strove to determine how Menma died and why her spirit is still lingering. All this will reopen some mental wounds and spark some serious drama between the friends, but Menma just wants them to get along.
5/10 Elizabeth Liones Is A Princess Hero (The Seven Deadly Sins)
The princess of the Liones kingdom, Elizabeth, is more than she seems to be. Elizabeth once fled the castle in disguise as a rusty knight, then she joined the Seven Deadly Sins squad as a loyal friend and helper. She's really not much of a fighter, but she can help in other ways.
Elizabeth was later revealed to be a fallen angel, cursed to live, die, and be reborn many times as a mortal. This was a punishment for both her and Meliodas, since she lost her memories each time. But not even that curse could keep the lovers apart forever.
4/10 Shiro Is An Expert Gamer (No Game No Life)
Shiro is the foster sister of Sora, and together, the brother and sister are unbeatable in any game, especially online ones where the shy Shiro doesn't have to meet her opponent's eyes during a game. Shiro is slightly smarter than Sora and is better at seeing patterns in games such as chess.
Shiro is an isekai heroine who, along with Sora, found herself in a world where games have replaced war as a means of settling disputes. Now, Sora and Shiro are in their element, and they're about to wipe the floor with the competition. Shiro can't wait to start playing.
3/10 Kanna Kamui Is A Good Kid (Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid)
The cheerful seinen anime series Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid stars the lovely dragon maid Toru, who volunteered to look after miss Kobayashi for free. Soon, more and more mythical creatures joined the fun in this reverse isekai adventure, and that includes Kanna Kamui.
Kanna is one of the series' youngest and most innocent characters, which makes her downright cuddly, from her lavender-tingled white hair to her fondness for eating crabs whole. Kanna is like a foster daughter in Kobayashi's eyes, and even the emotionally aloof Kobayashi can't resist her charm.
2/10 Mirajane Strauss Is A Perfect Big Sister (Fairy Tail)
Mirajane Strauss is the oldest and strongest of the three Strausses, all of whom can use Take Over magic to alter their bodies for battle. While Lisanna can use animal body parts like bird wings and Elfman can turn into a beast, Mirajane can become a slender demon, complete with wings and a tail.
Mirajane once feared and hated her powers, but now she has embraced her demonic form and uses its awesome power to protect all her friends at the Fairy Tail guild. She is also the guild's beloved barmaid and emotional rock for anyone who needs her.
Echidna is one of seven witches modeled after the seven deadly sins, with Echidna, in particular, being the witch of greed. She is hungry for new knowledge and insights, and she is also a frenemy of the underdog isekai hero, Subaru Natsuki. They have a rather strange relationship.
Echidna is noted for her pale white hair, dark eyes, and black gown, making her one of the least colorful witches in the series. She is also the most popular of them all, a fascinating witch who has done much to both help and hinder Subaru.
